• This gift voucher features a unique reference number with an expiry date, may only be used once (no change given), may not be exchanged for cash or replaced if lost and is non-transferable. Any residual balance must be settled on departure. The voucher number should be quoted at time of booking and the voucher must be presented at the hotel on arrival. All vouchers must be printed separately, with the individual voucher numbers, voucher value and expiry date included. Gift vouchers displayed on a smart phone will not be accepted.
