Join our Gardeners Dale & Steve for this interesting day dedicated to the diverse Chilli. We begin at 10am where you will learn the history of Chilli's and the many varieties they come in. Then it's back to basics as you are shown the best way to grow and care for your chilli plant to reap a maximum crop. After a tour if the garden to see ideal growing conditions we return inside to discuss the Scoville scale of chilli heat and a tasting of raw chilli's.
Chef has created a special lunch menu that incorporates chilli into each of the 3 courses.
