The Spread Eagle Champagne afternoon tea begins with a selection of delicate finger sandwiches. Freshly baked white and brown breads are filled with Scottish smoked salmon, locally sourced ham and cream cheese & cucumber. Then traditional home-made cake and scones are served with Cornish clotted cream and Tiptree strawberry jam. Finally please choose from our selection of speciality teas or coffee, and a glass of chilled House Champagne.
