Wednesday 17 April, 7.15pm arrival for a 7.30pm start

Spend an evening with the Scallop Shell's head chef, Jack Scarterfield, as he takes the helm of The Little Scallop's open kitchen to showcase the best of British seafood, infused with the flavours of Thailand, inspired by his travels.
