Join award-winning wine writer, top TV drinks expert, Saturday Kitchen regular, Mail on Sunday columnist and frequent Radio 2 contributor Olly Smith, for an evening of sparkling fun to celebrate his new book, Fizz; 80 Joyful Cocktails and Mocktails for Every Occasion.

Every drink in the book is united by its unique and exciting use of fizz with fabulous flavours for all events. Whether it’s a small work victory, drinks before hitting the town, a big celebration, or simply, ‘just because’, you’ll find the perfect libation to mark the moment.

With a welcome fizz cocktail, followed by a three-course dinner with matching wines coupled with Olly’s effervescent personality, this entertaining and insightful event at The bird, Bath promises to be a memorable evening.

Arrival from 7pm for 7.30pm sit-down.

£79 per head to include arrival drink, three-course dinner with matched wines, coffee and a copy of his latest book, Fizz.
