Come and enjoy a fabulous 5 course Surprise Tasting Menu, designed to embrace the history and storytelling of The Bell.  Let us lead you on a culinary journey through Mark Charker's exclusive new dishes showcasing the best local produce - perhaps book-ended with a bespoke Stable-themed cocktail, and a decadent digestif.  Mark’s philosophy is to source delicious ingredients, from within just a few miles of The Bell, and use his incredible talent to allow the flavours to be the main star of the show. 

Please inform us of any and all dietary requirements upon booking.  The Stables operates on Wednesday evenings ONLY - bookings must be made at least 24 hours prior to arrival.  All dietary requirements must be communicated in advance.
