Please Note: Throughout certain peak season periods and Whitby event weekends we operate a minimum stay of 2 or 3 nights.
Cancellation Policy:
If a booking is cancelled within 7 days of the arrival date [2pm] then the first night's stay will be retained/taken by the guesthouse. If a booking is cancelled within 3 days of the arrival date [2pm] then 100% of the booking total will be retained/taken by the guesthouse. The same policy applies for a 'no show' booking.
If however the guesthouse is given over 7 days notice then there will only be a £5 administration/card processing fee retained.
