• Only iBookedOnline.com Gift Vouchers (featuring our Trademarked logo) can be redeemed on bookings made at any venue listed on www.ibookedonline.com - even if the booking was completed on their own website or in person.
• iBookedOnline Gift Vouchers can ONLY be redeemed using the online at redeem.ibookedonline.com AFTER making a booking and by uploading proof of your purchase in the form of a booking confirmation or venue receipt.
• iBookedOnline.com Gift Vouchers are valid for a period 24 months from the date of purchase. Once the voucher has expired it may not be replaced, extended or redeemed.
• The Redemption amount requested cannot exceed the active voucher value. The redemption amount requested via the online form will be credited securely to your chosen bank account. There will be no cash alternative.
• If you make a reservation directly with the venue and present your gift voucher on arrival, it will NOT be accepted, and you will be required to pay in full for the visit.
• You can make more than one booking with your iBookedOnline.com gift voucher so long as you have a balance remaining after any previous purchases/redemption requests.
• All voucher redemption requests will be varified and completed within 5 working days (excluding Bank Holidays). The amount of time it takes fund to show in your account will be dependent upon your bank’s terms and working practices.
